Entry conditions

In June 2011 new Aliens Act (Zakon o tujcih) entered into force in Slovenia (Ur.l. RS 50/2011, 27 June 2011- in slovenian language) introducing several changes in obtaining residence permits for researchers (and highly skilled workers in general). The following text has not been updated yet!

For the purpose of entering the Republic of Slovenia, you as foreigner
(alien) must, in addition to a valid travel document,
be in possession of a visa or a residence permit.
