Job Duties:

• Contributing to research projects at the institute
• Independent research activities, especially in the research focus areas of the institute (perception of entrepreneurship, social evaluation in entrepreneurship, role of entrepreneurship and innovations in (e.g. digital or bioeconomic) transformation processes, entrepreneurial spaces and ecosystems), with the possibility of doctoral studies
• Presentation of research results at international conferences and other scientific events
• Supportive and independent planning and teaching of courses in German and English language
• (Co-)supervising and mentoring students during seminar papers and final theses
• Supporting organizational and administrative activities of the institute

Your Qualifications:

• Degree (Master's or Diploma) in a business or social science field with an empirical final thesis
• Enthusiasm for the topics of entrepreneurship and innovation
• Ambition to develop oneself and to take responsibility
• Strong ability to work independently and results-oriented
• Strong team orientation
• Knowledge of spoken and written German and English (German level A2, English level C1)
• Empirical research method skills (qualitative/quantitative/mixed)
