An important part of mobile researcher's experience is living in another culture. Interacting with other culture can very demanding task. This workshop will offer tolls that can help participants to understand and adapt to life in another cultural environment. Lecturers Dr. Nikolina Tsvetkova (Sofia University) and Mr. Anton Mladenov (Eudaimonia Solutions) will present Cultural Transformational Tools of the Barrett Values Centre.
Workshop is open to any researcher that wishes to sharpen his or her multicultural survival skills. The workhop is free of any charge, catering will be provided.

10:00 - Part I (exercises, discussions and lectures that will enable participants to become aware of what culture, intercultural communication and multicultural differences are)
11:00 - Coffee break
12:30 - Lunch
13:30 - Part II (exercises, discussions and lectures that will expose participants to the Cultural Transformational Tools of the Barrett Values Centre and will allow them to:
- Learn how their own values and stage of development impacts their ability to enhance their cultural intelligence and work effectively in diverse environments and
- Learn what factors boost or hinder that process
15:00 - Coffee break
17:00 - Closing of the event
N.B. One week before the workshop, participants will be asked to conduct two different Implicit Association Tests online, each taking approximately 30 min to complete.
