Analysis of up to date MSCA activities indicated that there are gaps across Europe. A gap in mobility flows, but also a gap in ability of different countries to attract funding. To address those issues, researchers and research organizations will have more fellowships opportunities. From 2018 MSCA will include Widening Fellowships Call. This call will be open to all unsuccessful applicants with host organization from eligible country. Applicants will have to achieve at least 70% threshold in regular MSCA-IF call and belong to one of following actions:
- CAR – Career Restart panel
- RI – Reintegration panel
- SE - Society and Enterprise panel
- Standard EF
Their applications will be automatically re-submitted to Widening Fellowships Call. Applicants can opt out from automatic re-submission.
